Ceramic Fiber Blanket is crafted from special ceramic long-fiber, produced by melting very pure raw materials through a double surface needling process. It is composed of long, flexible, interwoven fibers made by the 'spun' or 'blow' process, resulting in a strong, lightweight, and durable blanket suitable for applications within a temperature range of 1100 to 1430. This blanket combines the heat resistance of a hard refractory with five times better insulation value.

 

Features include high tensile strength and elasticity, low thermal conductivity, high thermal resistance, effective sound insulation, storage capability at low temperatures, minimal shrinkage at high temperatures, and thermal shock resistance.
